Qrental.com is an internet portal for the hire of motorcycles, scooters, quads and trikes. We act as a rental agent and will arrange your rental vehicle in Germany and in most other countries of the world. The Qrental.com team is dedicated to arranging rental vehicles of the highest quality.

Who offers rental vehicles at Qrental.com?

Only official dealers and rental stations offer their vehicles at Qrental.com. This ensures the quality of each hire.

Renting a vehicle:

How can I rent a vehicle at Qrental.com?

Select the location, time and optionally the vehicle category in the search engine before running the query. Qrental.com will list all available vehicles, which can be rented by the affiliated rental stations. You may now select the eligible vehicles and send us your contact information and details by filling in the appropriate forms. We will ask the rental station for the availability of the vehicle and forward offers with available vehicles via email. You can book the appropriate offer until 12:00 clock of the following working day. An offer can be accepted by using the offer email link. Fill in your personal data and pay the rental price by credit card. Upon receipt of the payment, we will send you a confirmation email with your booking data, the data from the rental station, and an invoice. Please view the terms and conditions before booking the vehicle. To commence your hire you need to bring your valid passport and drivers license to the rental station when picking up the vehicle.

How can I pay the rental fee?

You can use your credit card to pay the rental fee. We accept the following credit cards:

You have found no results in your desired region?

No problem - we are looking for your desired vehicle in nearby locations. Submit your basic data (location and rental period) and we will send you relevant offers.

Is my request mandatory?

The request itself is not binding. If you conclude a rental agreement with the lessor through our rental portal this agreemant will be binding and the lessor can demand the payment of the rental fee. Please refer to the terms and condition of each rental station.

Can I demand the booked vehicle?

The represented dealers and rental stations on Qrental.com will always try to provide the booked vehicle to you, but of course there have been situations, i.e. in case of an accident or technical defect, in which the booked vehicle is not available. The rental station will immediately notify you of this change and provide you with an alternative offer. If this is not an appropriate alternative to you, the rental station will will reimburse your fee.

Hire and return of vehicles

Can I pick up and return the rented vehicles on weekends or during holiday periods?

The pick up and return during weekends and holidays depends on the individual rental station. Please understand that in most cases rental vehicles can only be picked up or returned within the opening hours.

Do I have to pay a deposit at the rental station?

The payment of deposit depends on the individual rental station. The amount and type of deposit required by credit card or cash is shown on our website www.qrental.com or stated in the offer email.

How are the vehicles insured?

The insurance of each vehicle depends on the rental station and is shown on our website www.qrental.com or displayed in the offer email.

Do I have to pay for the services of Qrental.com?

Inquiries and bookings are free of charge. We demandnoextra charge when hiring a vehicle. You pay the same price if renting the vehicle by yourself.

Registration:
Do I have to register on Qrental.com?

No, you do not need to register to search for vehicles on the website or to perform a request.

How can I view the terms and conditions of each rental station?

Following your query you will be able to view a list of appropriate vehicles. By clicking on a vehicle, you can view the relevant rental conditions. The rental stations may have different terms and conditions, so please check the respective terms and conditions of your rental station.

Can I purchase a Qrental gift voucher?

Yes! Just inform us for which amount and in which region you want to rent the bike – we will issue you with a gift voucher. You do not like to write emails? Then simply call us at +49(0)152-563810-90.

Equipment rentals:
Can I rent helmets and clothing?

Some rental stations offer safety clothing or helmets for a rental fee. Please indicate on the 2nd Form in the request process the clothing and accessories you need. We will check the availability with the rental station.
